For decades I've created systems for contractors, builders, government and many others. Biz-Bots exists because it was desperately needed: a contractor can't answer the phone with both hands full, and every call that goes unanswered is work walking away.

So I built the simplest way I know to catch it.

Why we built it

Contractors do their best work with their hands full: on a roof, under a sink, in a crawl space. That is exactly when the phone rings. Most voicemail systems are a dead end. Callers hang up, move on to the next name on the list, and the job is gone.

We built Biz-Bots so that a missed call turns into a usable lead instead.

What it does

• Answers calls you miss with a friendly automated greeting in your company's name.
• Asks the caller for their name, the job address and a description of the work.
• Transcribes the answers, saves them to your lead dashboard and emails them to you or your team.
• Includes a link to the recording so you can hear the caller describe the job.
• If the caller hangs up early, still sends you whatever was captured, at minimum their number.

How we think about it

• Simple. Sign up, set your preferences, and it runs on its own.
• No texting. We don't send text messages, so there is no carrier registration or verification codes to deal with.
• Your number stays yours. Customers keep calling your own number. If you don't answer, your phone company passes the call to a private lead collection line that customers never see.
• Transparent. Callers are told up front that their answers are recorded.
• Fair. One simple monthly plan that you can cancel anytime from your billing page.
